Job Purpose
As Engineering Intern at VulcanForms Inc., Devens, MA, you will be responsible for assisting our engineering teams to drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, helping develop cost-effective solutions and use data-driven root cause and corrective action tool usage to support business goals & objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test prototype machine systems, working with senior engineering guidance
  • Analyze machine performance to develop and implement solutions to industrial scale metal 3d printer systems
  • Support the engineering organization through various parts of technical development
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Mechanical Engineering program
  • Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles
  • Ability to work with multiple different teams in a cross-collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with CAD software
Additional Information
  • This is a paid co-op/internship opportunity starting in August/September 2026 and will last for 3 months.

VulcanForms offers a competitive salary package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
The hourly pay range for this position is $24-$27.
