Summary: Responsible for managing engineering projects from initial planning through design and programming, supporting installation planning, facility utilization analysis, and project development for the 56 CES. Contingent upon award
Key Duties:

  • Manage projects from “cradle to grave,” including requirements evaluation, project scoping, and cost estimation using PACES and RSMeans.
  • Prepare programming documents (DD Form 1391, AF Form 813, briefing slides).
  • Conduct facility and utility condition analysis and develop project scopes in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Support installation planning, area development plans, and maintain the Installation Development Plan (IDP) in the Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP).
  • Tailor Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) for Luke AFB projects.
  • Provide technical support for energy section data collection and reporting.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professional communication with government staff.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, structural, or civil engineering, or equivalent combination of education and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
