Position Overview
The Data Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support investment research, portfolio monitoring, and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and optimizing ETL processes, managing data models and data warehouses, and ensuring data quality and reliability across multiple internal and external data sources. The Data Engineer collaborates with investment, analytics, and operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions, while continuously improving performance, security, and documentation of the data infrastructure.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000 - $105,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related factors, including but not limited to education and skills, and is commensurate with experience.
