Job description


Responsible for evaluating business needs and designing technology-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as liaisons between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the senior level, the analyst leads the analysis and design of complex systems and business processes. This role provides technical guidance, mentors junior analysts, and manages small to mid-sized projects. The analyst ensures alignment between business goals and system capabilities, drives process optimization, and supports change management and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis for complex business issues and define system requirements to support organizational goals.
  • Leads workflow diagrams creation and technical documentation.
  • Design and recommend automated system controls and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead session with end users to validate models, systems requirements and specifications.
  • Optimize and redesign workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities and write specifications.
  • Lead project planning of major initiatives and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and facilitate stakeholder sign-off of frameworks.
  • Standardize system protocols by writing and updating procedures and documentation.
  • Lead training programs and review content and materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT/business support
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of Real Estate Lending
  • Advanced understanding of systems analysis and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent and effective written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.
  • Leads system analysis projects with minimal guidance.
  • Leads system testing processes and leads improvement initiatives.
  • Strong ability to build positive working relationships and cross-function collaboration.
