Data Engineer
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Data Engineer with a client that is focused on government solutions and consulting services.
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Data Engineer in Brentwood, TN. This opportunity requires the ability to be in office 4 days per week. The Data Engineer will help establish the foundation of a new predictive analytics environment by organizing, cleaning, governing and structuring large amounts of existing data. Our client is building a Predictive Analytics Team focused on developing predictive data models to identify workforce and operational trends, including forecasting employee turnover and identifying patterns to improve staff and safety. If you enjoy working hands-on in the data foundation layer, this Data Engineer role offers long-term project stability and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
  • Organize, review, clean and optimize large volumes of existing data to support analytics and reporting
  • Establish and support data governance, master data management and data quality standards
  • Support ETL processes and prepare structured data for analytics and dashboard development
  • Help build a reliable single source of truth for analytics and reporting within the existing data environment

Qualifications
  • Experience designing and organizing large-scale data environments, including data architecture
  • Experience with data governance and master data management (MDM)
  • Experience cleaning and structuring complex datasets and resolving data quality issues
  • Python experience required
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric preferred, including familiarity with Data Factory, ETL processes and data modeling
