Qnity Electronics is looking for a Data Technician to support our Towanda, PA site. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data systems, and able to support manufacturing, quality, finance, and operations teams.

The Data Technician will help maintain accurate SAP data, support product and quality processes, assist with reporting, and help resolve data or transaction issues that impact daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare site BOM and Recipe reviews and submit approved changes to data team for implementation

Resolve web cycles and invoice reconciliation items, SAP Service Entry Sheets Troubleshoot and resolve COA issues in SAP, and support multiple-batch manual COA process Maintain SAP QM data: create and edit inspection plans and cert profiles

Works with product sponsors to gather master data elements for new GMCs; organize and submit new GMC requests Update SAP material master, BOM and Recipe data as needed Backs up and assists SAP transactions for write-offs, reporting, monitoring for idoc failures and COGI errors in SAP and resolving those issues

Prepares and runs SAP and SAC reports for leadership and the organization

Supports operating teams with transactional assistance and training

Works closely with site accountant on analysis, reporting, and site transactions

Facilitate customer case investigation workflow - utilize SFDC, Cority, SAP software.

Follow up with Commercial resources and investigators to support prompt completion of case investigations.

Support containment of suspect material related to customer cases and internal quality issues by identifying inventory of suspect material and blocking and releasing inventories as required.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP (QM, Master Data, BOMs, recipes), SFDC, Cority, and SAC is required.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, or operations data preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot data or transaction issues.

Comfortable working with reports and system-generated data.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar data tools.
