Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Engineer to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. The role involves data analysis, supporting business strategies, and implementing algorithms for data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Define and specify data analysis target and support modeling / verification / test / application.
• Research and support the insight to support decision making in the areas of business direction/market strategy/product strategy.
• Support methods to verify the effect of decision on business (A/B Test, Simulator).
• Support implementing, evaluating and verifying algorithms for data analysis.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in data visualization, data cleaning, data manipulation (extract, transform, load), and tool usage of Talend, SSIS, DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Databases - MS SQL/Oracle/Teradata/NoSQL DB
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large datasets.
• Excellent communication abilities in English communication skill, in written and oral.
• Familiarity with the Azure Cloud ecosystem
• Education: Bachelors or master's degree in computer science or related technical discipline
