Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time

Location: Sterling, CO (In-Home Setting)
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in a home-based setting in Sterling, CO. The ideal candidate will be certified as an RBT and passionate about supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs.

Schedule:
• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Client Population:
• Pediatric client
• Age range: 3-6 years old

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Previous ABA experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates and newly certified RBTs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
