Wholesome Care ABA | North Carolina (In-Home / Hybrid)

Pay: $90.00-$120.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Your Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments

  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Provide parent and caregiver training

  • Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

  • Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an LBA in North Carolina

  • Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Reliable transportation for in-home services
