We are seeking an Associate Director of Media Data Science to lead advanced media analytics across HCP and DTC campaigns. This individual will be an innovator and cross-functional collaborator who pushes the boundaries of healthcare media measurement, connects complex datasets, and translates insights into compelling business narratives.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, media strategy, and client impact — responsible for connecting omnichannel media investment to measurable outcomes and growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead advanced measurement strategy across HCP and DTC campaigns, including MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, brand affinity, and lift studies.
  • Build, run, and refine hands-on data science models to evaluate media effectiveness, including linear regression, marketing mix models, attribution models, predictive models, and other statistical approaches.
  • Integrate and analyze healthcare datasets including IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, and other claims or identity-based data sources to quantify media impact.
  • Connect exposure across linear TV, Google, SEM, display, paid social, radio, and programmatic business outcomes and promotional KPIs.
  • Query, manipulate, and structure large datasets within Snowflake, operating within a medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architecture.
  • Use SQL, Python, R, and/or other statistical tools to clean, transform, model, and analyze large-scale media and healthcare datasets.
  • Apply tools such as SAS, SPSS, or similar statistical platforms to support advanced modeling, analysis, and validation where appropriate.
  • Build structured datasets and dashboards in Tableau and Looker that support real-time insight generation and executive reporting.
  • Translate statistical modeling outputs into clear, actionable storylines that demonstrate how campaigns drive business performance.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure measurement frameworks, model outputs, and reporting solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor analysts and foster a culture of innovation, rigor, technical excellence, and cross-functional partnership within the data science function.

About You
  • 6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, media measurement, or marketing analytics, preferably within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience building, running, and interpreting statistical models, including linear regression, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, lift studies, and/or predictive modeling.
  • Strong technical capability with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and/or R, including experience cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and modeling large-scale datasets.
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, or similar statistical tools preferred.
  • Experience leveraging healthcare data platforms and datasets such as IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, claims data, identity-based data, or similar sources.
  • Strong Tableau and/or Looker skills, with the ability to develop reporting solutions that support both detailed analysis and executive-level decision-making.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex modeling outputs into clear, actionable business narratives for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
What we can offer
