Job description

Job Summary:
Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County is dedicated to preparing youth and young adults for future success through impactful programs and experiences. The Data & Outcomes Manager is responsible for overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance program effectiveness and demonstrate organizational impact.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and implement data collection protocols to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all club locations.
โ€ข Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
โ€ข Train staff in data collection methods and the use of data management systems.
โ€ข Analyze data to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and assess organizational performance.
โ€ข Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
โ€ข Develop and maintain data warehousing of data pulled from multiple sources to consolidate for reporting purposes.
โ€ข Filter and โ€œcleanโ€ data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators in membership data system to locate and identify any data entry issues.
โ€ข Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness.
โ€ข Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management.
โ€ข Identify and remedy inefficient data processes.
โ€ข Provide leadership to club staff to ensure systems and processes are in place and implemented to maintain integrity.
โ€ข Work with appropriate staff at each individual clubhouse to ensure proper data input and consistency.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Degree or certification in a similar field is preferred.
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, analysis, or program evaluation, preferably within a human services organization.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of data tools and software (e.g. Excel, MyClubHub, etc...)
โ€ข Ability to present information effectively.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Solid knowledge of research methodology and techniques.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
โ€ข Proven ability to work with efficiency and flexibility.
โ€ข Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external constituents.
โ€ข Ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Ability to quickly learn new data systems and processes.
โ€ข Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
โ€ข Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
โ€ข Excellent organizational skills.
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (must meet the requirements to be added to organizations insurance policy).
