Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist We are immediately hiring for a Driver Recruiting Onboarding Specialist in our Recruiting Department in North Little Rock, AR. If your background includes data processing, clerical/administrative, onboarding, recruiting, and excellent customer service skills, please apply!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Responsible for scheduling and corresponding with all inbound applicants attending pre-employment evaluation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Invite, Schedule, and Confirm drivers for Pre-Employment Evaluation.
  • Schedule hair follicle drug test for applicants, track collection, update applicant with results.
  • Schedule DOT Physicals and/or collect Med Card. Review and ensure nationally registered.
  • Schedule and communicate transportation to inbound applicants.
  • Communicate with Recruiters, Training Department and Regulatory Department daily on updates regarding the inbound Pre-Employment Class.
  • Utilize ATS System to notate updates on each applicant throughout the hiring/scheduling process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area, e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal working conditions as found within an office setting, wherein there is controlled temperature and a low noise level, plus a minimum of distractions. May require overnight travel at times.
