What does a data centre project manager do?

A Data Centre Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects related to the construction, expansion, or upgrade of data centres. They manage project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and meets technical specifications. This role often involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal technical staff to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
