This role supervises service crews, coordinates logistics activities, and ensures compliance with industry standards. Provides tactical oversight, assigns work, and develops team members while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring service excellence in line with AIT's core values.Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily white-glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. and provides training and guidance to team members.
  • Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services. Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
  • Support vendor relations by ensuring adherence to service processes, escalating issues, and providing feedback to management.
  • Provide back-up leadership under the Manager, Global Data Center Services. Supervise staff coordinating transportation and distribution workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • This role offers a competitive salary that varies by location. The base salary range for this position is $76,220-$114,340 in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and $99,130-$148,690 in the San Francisco (SFO) area. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
QualificationsEducation Some College/Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales preferred. () Experience 2+ years working in a data center environment required. () 1+ years of supervision required. () Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge working with budget preparation. Knowledge with SOP's and industry standards. What AIT Can Offer You

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
