POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and management of facilities operations from initiation through completion. This position ensures O&M projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  1. Project Leadership & Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
    • Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
    • Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
  2. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Resource Management:
• Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• BA in Facility Management Discipline
• CFM Certification
Working Conditions:
• Work involves both office and field environments and may require occasional travel.
• May need to work outside regular business hours to address urgent project matters.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to move within and between facilities and perform site surveys as needed.• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
• BA in Facility Management Discipline
• CFM Certification
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
