Senior Project Manager Electrical Construction

Locations: Fairfield County, CT, Hartford County, CT & New Haven, CT (Local Candidates Only | Hybrid On-Site/Office)

Salary Range: $125,000 $160,000+ (negotiable for the right fit)

About the Role

We are working with three electrical contractors, all seeking a Senior Project Manager. Our client, a well-established electrical contractor in Fairfield County, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects. This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on projects that power hospitals, data centers, commercial facilities, and more.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time spent both on-site and in-office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout.
  • Lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications.
  • Oversee electrical system installations, including UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, data networking, and communication wiring.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare, chemical plants, and data centers.
