Essential Functions
  • Lead all aspects of MEP systems management including buyout, procurement, coordination, and commissioning.
  • Approve and manage MEP and commissioning schedules, scopes of work, and subcontractor strategies.
  • Oversee constructability reviews, BIM coordination, and quality control plans.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with owners and commissioning agents to ensure project excellence.
  • Drive project delivery, budget adherence, and schedule performance across all phases.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on MEP coordination and preconstruction.
  • Proven success managing data center projects.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and commissioning processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools, commissioning software, and lean construction practices.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Pay Rate: $125,000-155,000/year
