Job Description:
The Technical Program Manager will assist in leading a team of Infrastructure Engineering Organization and interface with Program Management. The successful candidate for the TPM is to champion planning, coordination, monitoring network performance and communication of the multidisciplinary/cross-functional team responsible for delivering a defined subsystem, products, and/or services as directed by the Integrated Product Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish/maintain project management processes to facilitate the successful execution and management of infrastructure related projects.
  • More often responsible for the Technical Documentation, Data Centre Infrastructure, Service Delivery SLA and Service Delivery Change Management
  • TPM should have Expertise in Edge Data Centre, Edge Network, POP, Telecommunication, Telco, CDN, Fibre Networking or Fibre Optics Networking and Compliance Management
  • Must have experience Service Desk Support, Network Operations Centre (NOC) Support
  • Working at Data Centres like, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, eBay, Amazon / AWS or similar Data Center provider
  • Participate as Data Center Operations Manager for Global Operations Support, Field Repair Service, Global Onsite Deployments Support and Reverse RMA Logistics
  • Should have hands on Network Equipment Repair, Data Center, LAN &WAN Network.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
  • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Education: Engineering College Degree
  • Certifications/Expertise: Cisco, Juniper
  • 5+ Years working at a data center (his job title must say "technical project manager")
  • 15+ Years IT Infrastructure technologies Experience
  • ITIL, PMP, CCNA, DCIM, CCIE Certification is plus
