Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $39.94hr - $44.94hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in data center operations or related field.
  • Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.
  • Strong coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously.
  • Experience following documented processes to provide hardware and logistic troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through on the job training.
  • Integrity and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms.
  • Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management.
  • Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues, following documented processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with the datacenter capacity team and R&D personnel.
  • Work within the site through cabling, monitoring, and team building activities.
  • Assist as part of a team of on-site contacts for the Networking, Automation, and Capacity team.
