Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle, including acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, and governance.
  • Ensure contact data is accurate, compliant, and action-ready to support frontline sales execution and core GTM motions.
  • Define and enforce global data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as data volume, system complexity, and use cases scale.
  • Design, build, and continuously optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows that power sales plays and GTM execution.
  • Partner with senior leadership to rapidly prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases without compromising core system stability.
  • Translate sales plays and GTM initiatives into production‑ready automations, tooling configurations, and data flows that scale with GTM complexity.
  • Maintain clear documentation, monitoring, and execution standards to enable consistent delivery, faster onboarding, and smooth global scaling.
  • Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health, enrichment performance, and automation impact, proactively identifying risks, inefficiencies, and investment opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 4–7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience working with GTM contact and account data, including acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, governance, and data hygiene practices.
  • Experience building and supporting scalable automation workflows, operational processes, and GTM data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, reporting, and operational data management.
  • Experience working with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tooling (e.g., Clay, Openprise, ZoomInfo, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows, automation use cases, and signal‑driven GTM operating models.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience using reporting, dashboards, SQL, or data analysis techniques to identify operational issues and improve performance.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, middleware concepts, and connected workflow architectures used to support scalable automation and GTM execution.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance speed, scalability, reliability, and execution quality in fast‑moving environments.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $94,000.00-$140,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
