Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Senior Analyst to support media analytics and measurement across campaigns. This role is responsible for transforming data into clear, actionable insights that inform campaign optimization and support future planning.

The Senior Analyst partners with media, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, insights are relevant, and outputs are polished and decision-ready-with a focus on enabling faster, smarter media decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze cross-channel media performance and deliver insights to support campaign optimization and planning
  • Translate data into clear findings and actionable recommendations
  • Support development and execution of measurement frameworks and learning agendas
  • Conduct audience, competitive, and performance analysis to inform strategy
  • Partner with media teams to identify in-flight optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that are intuitive and decision-ready
  • Support data automation and pipeline development (e.g., GCP, Funnel.io)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across outputs
  • Contribute to presentations with insightful storytelling, not just data reporting

  • Continuously improves deliverables to move from reporting toward insight-driven storytelling
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, performance drivers, and campaign structure
  • Experience translating data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks and performance analysis approaches
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with data tools or automation (e.g., Excel, SQL, Funnel.io, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present insights clearly and concisely

 Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $96,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
