Senior Analyst / Systems (PI Historian)

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Analyst / Systems (PI Historian) to support and enhance enterprise operational data and historian platforms within a critical utility environment. This role will be responsible for the administration, support, integration, and optimization of the OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI System, helping deliver reliable operational data, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and support PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, Interfaces, and Connectors.

  • Design and maintain integrations between PI, SCADA, OT systems, and enterprise applications.

  • Develop and support asset frameworks, data models, dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.

  • Troubleshoot historian, database, interface, and data quality issues.

  • Lead system upgrades, testing, implementations, and change management activities.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams.

  • Support a highly available 24x7 operational environment.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI environments.

  • Strong experience with PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces.

  • Experience in utilities, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure environments.

  • Knowledge of SCADA, OT/ICS systems, and industrial data integrations.

  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and operational analytics.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred
  • Utility or natural gas industry experience.

  • Knowledge of OPC, Modbus, DNP3, and industrial communications.

  • Experience with Power BI and operational reporting solutions.

  • Relevant PI System, infrastructure, or cybersecurity certifications.
