Job Title: Data Architect II / Senior Enterprise Data Architect

Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available to attend an in‑person, face‑to‑face final‑round interview in Auburn Hills, MI.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Architect to design and implement Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Management solutions. This role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable data architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse (DW), reporting, and analytics solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience architecting MDM and Data Warehouse solutions.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Data Management, and data integration technologies.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects and Oracle Hyperion Essbase.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Operational Data Store architectures.
  • Expertise in data modeling, including dimensional, star‑schema, and snowflake‑schema design.
  • Experience designing solutions across OLTP and OLAP technologies.
  • Background in data architecture, modeling, design, development, migration, and integration across the SDLC.
  • Experience building metrics, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
  • Ability to lead or participate in design sessions, demonstrations, prototypes, testing, and user training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and solve complex technical problems.

  • Architect and design BI solutions for accessing, managing, and analyzing data and metadata.
