Location: Falls Church, VA

Geospatial Imagery Analysis Trainer
Geospatial Imagery Analysis Trainers create and deliver training programs to provide data annotators and quality control analysts with the skills to analyze various forms of geospatial imagery and data and label specific objects, features, and other characteristics to customer requirements. Trainers create training materials following Enabled Intelligence standard templates and procedures. Trainers teach analytical skills and techniques, deliver classroom training followed by desk-side support to staff. Trainers also work with Campaign and Program Leaders and Quality Assurance staff to identify, develop and deliver additional training during programs to improve individual and team performance.
Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver project and campaign specific training to data annotators, Quality Control Analysts, Quality Assurance Analyst/SMEs to ensure project success and meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with the Director of Training to create and deliver foundational data annotation and QC training to upskill incoming new hires and team members looking to advance their skills and career at Enabled Intelligence.
  • Provide image and data analysis expertise to enhance staff technical skills in data analysis, feature identification and classification, and labeling.
  • Develop and deliver training content in multiple formats, styles, and approaches to best meet learning styles of individual employees and specific requirements of each labeling campaign.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of geospatial imagery analysis experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of geospatial imagery analysis/ data annotation training experience including EO, IR, SAR, Geospatial imagery and FMV
  • Strong order of battle knowledge including air, ground and naval
  • Experience creating and facilitating training
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and problem solve in a dynamic environment
  • Strong writing, presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with a team of people with unique communication, learning and working styles in a supportive environment focused on setting individuals up for success
  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain at TS-SCI

Desired Qualifications and Skills
  • Active TS- SCI Clearance
  • Geospatial Imagery Analysis experience
  • Previous experience working with U.S. government and/or geospatial imagery industry
  • Educational background or training in program management, geospatial data and/or analysis science

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Background & Clearance
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a criminal background check. Top Secret clearance required

Work Location
  • Enabled Intelligence headquarters in Falls Church, VA with occasional travel to client offices in the National Capital Region and St. Louis, MO.
