We are seeking experienced Medical Coders to contribute their healthcare coding expertise to an innovative project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will review and annotate medical records, evaluate coding accuracy, and provide expert feedback to support the development of high-quality medical datasets. No prior AI experience is required—your coding expertise and attention to detail are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and annotate medical records to accurately assign ICD-10 and CPT codes based on clinical documentation.

  • Apply Evaluation & Management (E&M) guidelines to assess coding levels and validate healthcare datasets.

  • Ensure compliance with current medical coding standards and guidelines.

  • Analyze clinical documentation and identify coding-related ambiguities or inconsistencies.

  • Provide expert feedback on coding guidelines, edge cases, and documentation scenarios.

  • Collaborate with project teams through written and verbal communication to improve AI training data quality.
