Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product quality evaluation, content quality, or data annotation programs
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of working with large datasets and identifying quality patterns
  • Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and qualitative analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including how models are trained, evaluated, and the importance of annotated datasets
  • Knowledge of human-in-the-loop evaluation and model assessment, without needing to develop models yourself
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with structured evaluation frameworks and process improvement
  • Background in media, music streaming, or related content industries
  • Previous exposure to LLMs, AI evaluation frameworks, or human judgment-based quality assessments
Preferred Education & Experience:
