Job Summary:
Join our laboratory team and gain hands-on experience supporting new equipment implementation, employee training, quality processes, and day-to-day laboratory operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help drive continuous improvement initiatives, support testing activities, and contribute to projects that enhance the efficiency and success of the laboratory.
What you will be doing:
  • Support the installation, qualification, calibration, and commissioning of new chemistry laboratory equipment.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for laboratory equipment.

  • Train laboratory personnel on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.

  • Assist in maintaining ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation through documentation review, quality record management, and compliance activities.

  • Participate in internal audits, process reviews, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and support corrective and preventive actions within the quality system.

  • Assist with routine laboratory testing and daily laboratory operations as needed.

  • Collaborate with laboratory leadership on automation, calibration, and laboratory improvement projects while working independently and as part of a team.
