Responsibilities
The Analytics Intern will support the business function through project-based assignments focused on data accuracy, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work extensively with Excel, including updating reports, tracing formulas, validating data, and assisting with automation initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Working knowledge of computer applications; training will be provided as needed.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting structure.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • SharePoint administration and support.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime when required.
  • Must be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in healthcare management, business administration, accounting, finance, or human resources.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher; sophomore, junior, or senior level preferred.

Compensation
  • Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
