Location: Atlanta, GA ( Hybrid 2-3 days)
Duration: 12 months
Job description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to spearhead our data analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. This role requires deep expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and Looker dashboards, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts, define data strategies, and ensure our analytics ecosystem is optimized for scalability and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Strategy Development:
    1. Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
    2. Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
    2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights:
    1. Conduct advanced data analysis using BigQuery and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
    2. Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
  4. Tool and Technology Management:
    1. Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
    2. Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.

  6. Data Governance:

Qualifications:
  1. Education:
