As an Industrial Engineer you will optimize production efficiency by analyzing time studies, work processes, and key performance data to identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with production and engineering teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Conduct time studies, maintain standards, and analyze loss data (OEE/TEEP).
  • Support material flow, lead time, and job evaluation studies.
  • Benchmark key performance figures against other plants.
  • Collect and prepare data for capacity planning, debottlenecking, and strategic projects.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and calculate potential savings.
  • Facilitate value stream exercises, improvement projects, and workshops.
  • Define machine and process parameters with production and engineering.
  • Plan and implement improvement projects while ensuring CBS tools are applied.
  • Conduct shop-floor improvement workshops and support SOP development.
  • Actively participate in business team meetings, performance goal setting, and standard implementation.
  • Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
  • 2 or more years experience working in Industrial Engineering (does not include internships)
  • Unlimited and unrestricted legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
