You will navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and manage expectations in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements Translation: Lead requirements workshops and working sessions to uncover business needs, clarify ambiguous requirements, and define KPIs aligned to how capital programs are actually managed. Translate business questions into clear technical specifications, data models, and reporting logic. Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and develop interactive, high impact executive dashboards in Power BI.

You will be responsible for the "last mile" of data delivery-ensuring insights are accurate, intuitive, and actionable. Apply domain knowledge and program management/project controls expertise to ensure reporting products align to best practices. Data Logic & Engineering: Work within the client's Snowflake & Power BI environment to design robust data models.

While you will collaborate with architects, you must be capable of writing complex SQL transformations to clean, normalize, and prepare EPC data (Oracle Primavera P6, and other PMIS tools etc.) for reporting. Quality Assurance: Own the validity of the data. You will trace numbers from the dashboard back to the source to ensure trust and alignment with business rules

Process Oversight: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/DevOps) and troubleshoot data ingestion issues that impact reporting availability. Working Conditions: Hybrid: This role's work location is primarily onsite with our client and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships, but will see some travel to various client sites at key project milestones.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Project Controls, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering

Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing "hard" client relationships, navigating pushback, and driving consensus across technical and non-technical teams. Power BI Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and UI/UX design principles for executive reporting. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital project controls, scheduling, or construction management Snowflake & SQL: Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, transform, and model data within Snowflake.

You must understand how to prepare data for optimal BI performance. Data Translation: Experience taking raw data from disparate systems (CSV, Excel, JSON) and turning it into a cohesive business story (Star schema, dimensional modeling). Agile Collaboration: Comfort working with JIRA, Git, and agile methodologies.
