Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Domo and Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, data strategy, and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver scalable analytics solutions, actionable insights, and high-impact dashboards.
Work Schedule
Full-time | Onsite Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Remote Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Domo
  • Build and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and transformations within Snowflake
  • Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Domo Magic ETL and cloud data pipelines
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational opportunities, and business risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data governance standards
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions
  • Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and overall analytics efficiency
  • Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting or integration issues
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake
  • Strong experience building dashboards and ETL processes in Domo
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and KPI development

Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:
