We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions for our customers and program managers. You will partner closely with program leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, develop key performance metrics, deliver reports, and provide insights that improve operational and business performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics professional who combines strong technical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions.
  • Partner with business leaders to create reporting and analytics needs.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate and meaningful data.

Data Management

  • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and related tools.
  • Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence/dashboard tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Grafana, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with ETL processes and data automation.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
