Job description

We are looking for a Talent Insights Sr. Associate to join a team supporting data-driven workforce and talent decisions. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who can translate people-related information into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. The role combines analytical thinking, reporting expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve visibility into talent trends and operational priorities.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze talent and workforce data to identify patterns, summarize findings, and support informed business decisions.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring metrics that provide leaders with timely visibility into hiring, retention, and workforce activity.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting needs, clarify business questions, and deliver meaningful insights aligned with team objectives.

• Ensure data accuracy by reviewing source information, validating outputs, and resolving inconsistencies in reports and datasets.

• Present analytical results in a clear and concise manner, translating complex information into practical recommendations for non-technical audiences.

• Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes, tools, and data management practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Monitor key talent indicators and proactively highlight notable changes, risks, or opportunities to relevant partners.

• Contribute to special projects involving workforce analytics, data organization, or reporting enhancements as business needs evolve.

• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business insights in a structured environment.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings in a clear and structured way.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and reporting platforms used to organize, analyze, and visualize information.
• Excellent attention to detail with a consistent approach to validating data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting talent, workforce, HR, or operational analytics initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field is preferred.
