Job Duties

As our Legal Analytics & Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of law and technology. The role supports the Risk and Legal Solutions Team by helpingidentify, evaluate, implement, and manage technical solutions across legal systems, including contract management, claim matter management, Product Integrity Council, e-discovery/legal hold, risk, and financial systems. You'll work closely with Legal, Risk Management, IT teams, and software vendors to help support, improve, and optimize legal technology solutions and processes.

You willbring 2+ experience in IT support or a related field to KONE. You will usethe knowledgegained through yourbachelor's degree in business administration, or technology -related discipline.

Other Hiring requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

  • Familiarity with sourcing data from a data lakehouse such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role in Moline, IL is $68,800 - $90,300. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

  • Lisle, IL area hiring range: $77,500 - $101,745.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
