Job Summary:
LG Ad Solutions is a global leader in connected TV (CTV) and cross-screen advertising. This role focuses on ensuring that data is trustworthy, usable, and effectively translated into business- and client-ready insights, while working with large datasets and collaborating with various teams to improve analytics outputs.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with large and complex datasets to investigate data behavior, quality, and downstream impact
• Able to understand and follow analytics outputs, including acceptance criteria, documentation for consumption
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Help the team maintain workflows that support analytics delivery, including automation and AI-assisted tooling where appropriate
• Partner closely with engineering, research, and product teams to surface issues and communicate resolutions
• Identify gaps in data reliability or usability and take initiative to close them
• Contribute to the development of an analytics discipline that prioritizes ownership, clarity, and impact over process overhead
• Automate at scale – Replace manual, repetitive data processes with reliable, fast, and transparent workflows
• Focuses on accuracy, clarity, and reliability of outputs
• Executes well-defined analyses and investigations with guidance
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• 2+ years working experiences in SQL or Python, with comfort working directly with raw and intermediate datasets
• Solid understanding of how data systems support business decisions and products
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
• You automate with purpose – You’ve applied automation and AI frameworks to business problems and deployed solutions that meaningfully improved accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
• Ability to pivot approaches as new information emerges and unknowns are uncovered
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
