Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Early Careers Development Programs and Inclusive Recruiting to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives, to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.

  • Lead inclusive recruiting strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes across the region.

  • Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities to ensure a seamless and engaging program experience.

  • Foster meaningful candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives.

  • Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies that improve hiring effectiveness and consistency.

  • Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions.

  • Drive operational excellence by developing standard work, documentation, and scalable processes that improve program effectiveness and compliance.

  • Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations to strengthen talent attraction efforts.

  • Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, workforce development, or early career talent programs within a complex organizational environment.

  • Utilize external talent sourcing methodologies, recruiting technologies, and data analytics tools to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent populations.

  • Apply strong human resources consulting and business process execution capabilities to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable talent solutions.

  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, KellyOCG support teams, educational institutions, and external organizations to coordinate sourcing, outreach, and program activities.

  • Preferred ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative workforce data, develop meaningful insights, and communicate recommendations that drive business results.

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal effectiveness, customer focus, and cultural awareness when working with diverse stakeholders and candidate populations.

  • Leverage technology and digital tools to improve program delivery, recruiting effectiveness, reporting accuracy, and operational agility.

  • Maintain program documentation, enablement materials, governance standards, and process controls to support consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Preferred ability to develop and deliver practical training, guidance, and recruiting best practices that enhance inclusive and structured hiring approaches.

  • Demonstrate situational adaptability, self-awareness, and results orientation while navigating evolving business priorities and workforce needs.
