 What You will Do:

  • Design Dashboards: Build interactive visual reports, charts, and graphs using Tableau Desktop and Server.
  • Using Spreadsheets, PowerBI and Tableau in creating new dashboards using pareto analysis of quality issues and providing more real-time data.
  • Create/Maintain quality coverage report for both internal and external focal.
  • Job function includes continuous improvement tools, developing work instructions / standard work, and following all regulatory company procedures.
  • Manage Data: Write and optimize Python queries to pull and clean data from various sources.
  • Data Preparation: Set up data models, relationships, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
  • Maintain Systems: Fix bugs, test performance, and update existing dashboards to keep data accurate.
  • Additionally, duties include data cleanup for error free data sources. Constant monitoring of reporting tools is required to ensure data is accurate. All sourced data must be reviewed prior to determine refresh cycle in PowerBI.
  • Ability to work with others, train up-and-coming engineers, and review their work.
  • Realize opportunities for continuous improvement and find ways to implement solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Structural or Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent field preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within PowerBI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, data blending, and visualization best practices.
  • Microsoft Office 365 is a required skill. Majority of programs utilized include Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Experience with SAP data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and relational database structures.
  • VBA, Access, Python, Visual Studio, MyWorkflow, and Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data tables. 
  • Power Query and SQL logic required for PowerBI reports.

Pay Range: $35.00- $39.42/hr. 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered a hybrid position in Wilson, NC, 1st 4-6 weeks on-site.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work no travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
