About this role

Position: Data Analyst

Location: 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60604

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate data flow and capture, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
  • Communicate results and trends to management with recommendations for change.
  • Perform software and data quality testing.
  • Understand the full end-to-end process and desired outcomes.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
  • Create useful data visualizations to support business decisionโ€‘making.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with at least three mandatory days in office.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent foreign degree.
  • At least one year of experience in business analysis or related role.
  • Experience comparing data, analyzing raw data, and using SQL for transactional and relational databases.
  • Proficiency with BI tools, including Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hybrid work requirement with at least three mandatory days in office.
Salary Range

$74,277 - $103,500 per year (may vary by experience and location).
