Position Summary
The Analytics Engineer serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise data platforms, transforming complex data into scalable solutions, trusted reporting, and actionable insights. This role combines analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering capabilities to support decision-making across Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial, and Business teams. The position is responsible for partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs, improve business processes, and drive measurable outcomes through data, then designing and maintaining those data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions.
Essential Functions
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworks that support business objectives.
  • Analyze customer, commercial, and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support analytics platform modernization initiatives, including migration, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data and reporting solutions.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable datasets, data models, and reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
  • Build and optimize SQL-based data transformations and reporting layers to improve accessibility, accuracy, and performance of business data.
  • Develop automated workflows and analytics solutions using Python and other technologies to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Support data pipeline management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliable delivery of business-critical data.
  • Consolidate and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into trusted, scalable analytics and reporting environments.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance processes, documentation, and validation frameworks.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs related to operational performance, customer experience, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience building dashboards, semantic models, self-service reporting solutions, and executive performance reporting.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills with experience developing scalable data transformations, automated workflows, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, system integrations, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting analytics platform modernization, data migrations, and enterprise reporting initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality best practices, and documentation standards.
