We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst - Analytics & Automation with a strong technical foundation and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will apply advanced analytics, automation, and problem-solving skills to improve operational workflows, enhance data quality, and support smarter decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement

  • Develop and maintain scalable Python-based solutions for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization

  • Write, optimize, and validate advanced SQL queries to support reporting, data integrity, and performance improvement

  • Use advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling, to support business analysis and reporting needs

  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned to operational goals

  • Identify manual, repetitive processes and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy

  • Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, from data extraction and validation through insight generation and production support

  • Support, enhance, and troubleshoot EMS platforms, including Leader and Trip Optimizer, through data monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement

  • Build dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau or similar BI tools, where applicable, to improve visibility and decision-making

  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through strong ownership, precision, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience developing Python-based solutions with a strong focus on data analytics and automation

  • Strong scripting and programming expertise in Python for analytics, automation, and scalable solution development

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and query performance optimization

  • Expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

  • Proven success working effectively in cross-functional team environments

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve data quality

  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions from data extraction through production deployment

  • Preferred: Experience building dashboards and analytics in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools

  • Preferred: Prior experience with PTC systems and Energy Management Systems (EMS), including Leader and Trip Optimizer

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality execution and continuous improvement

The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 to $99,900 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
