  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • - Support Planning Team in developing mid- and long-term business plans, annual operating plans, and related planning initiatives.
  • - Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends and support management decision-making.
  • - Assist with budget preparation, periodic forecasts, budget-versus-actual tracking, and follow-up on significant variances.
  • - Prepare and update executive reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business planning documents.
  • - Support company-wide KPI management by gathering results, maintaining tracking files, and coordinating updates with relevant departments.
  • - Coordinate cross-functional projects and special assignments by organizing schedules, following up on action items, and communicating project status.
Qualifications
  • - University or Junior College education; degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field preferred
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • - Strong data analysis and business document preparation skills
  • - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
