We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced VP Data Analysis to join our team, which is at the forefront of adtech powering personalized offer experiences for millions of financial institution users. You will be instrumental in transforming vast amounts of data into actionable business intelligence that drives platform performance, client strategy, and user engagement.


Core Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
    • Own the end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets, focusing on campaign performance, user behavior, and transaction patterns to uncover key business insights.
    • Translate raw data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for internal stakeholders and external financial institution partners.
    • Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization within the offers platform.
  • Reporting & Visualization:
    • Design, build, and maintain impactful, user-friendly dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) to track performance and democratize data access across the organization.
    • Develop standardized and custom reports to communicate results and insights effectively to executive leadership and client teams.
  • Technical Execution:
    • Apply strong SQL skills to query and manipulate large data warehouse tables for analytical projects.
    • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, with Python knowledge as a strong plus, to automate reporting, conduct advanced statistical analysis, or model platform scenarios.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to define data requirements, implement tracking, and measure the impact of new features or marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar quantitative role.
  • Expert proficiency in Industry Standard Measurement Capabilities for complex merchant needs
  • Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard development using industry-standard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset).
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully taking large, unstructured datasets and extracting meaningful, actionable business insights.
  • Must have experience in one of the following domains:
    • Analyzing marketing campaign performance (e.g., ad spend, conversion rates, audience segmentation).
    • Building out measurement capabilities and custom insights for direct merchant campaigns
    • Reporting out on campaign generated sales and overall incrementality
    • Working directly with financial or transaction data (e.g., credit card transactions, merchant data, loyalty programs).
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with the adtech ecosystem, especially offers platforms, loyalty programs, or personalization engines.
