Job description

The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for designing and developing data architecture and performing comprehensive data analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role manages the complete data lifecycle including collection, transformation, storage, and analysis. Collaborating across departments, the analyst ensures data reliability, accessibility, and actionable insights, facilitating data-driven initiatives and special project deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for reporting and dashboards.
  • Organize, model, and store raw data within the data warehouse and data lake.
  • Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and relevant tools.
  • Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Develop and enforce data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization; or 3+ years of equivalent combined experience and education.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major programming language such as Python, C#, Java, or Scala.
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks.

Preferred Qualifications
