Transparent Partners is an independent consultancy that specializes in enhancing customer experiences through a marketing lens. Our goal is to identify the unique mix of data, technology and operational processes that will empower brands to thrive in the ever changing marketing landscape.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial marketing analytics and data strategy analyst to support delivering data, measurement, analytic, and technology solutions. Role includes understanding current client needs, identifying solutions, organizing a strategy around customer outcomes and delivering value back to our clients.ย  As a key contributor within Transparent, the Analyst must stay on top of the bleeding edge of marketing measurement, data strategy, technology & analytics including emerging capabilities that will allow our customers to support the next generation of the marketing function.
Position Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in related field: MBA a plus.
  • Education or experience leading, managing and implementing strategies to gain business value from data.
  • Education or experience with configuration and implementation of marketing technologies and analytics tools.
  • Understand the capabilities of Customer Data Platforms and related data-centric marketing technologies.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in collaboration with internal team as well as external partnersย 
  • Ability to quickly identify and understand broad business issues as well as the immediate urgencies that help shape the direction of strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication skills - must be able to clearly articulate our approach and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in writing and verbally with audiences of varying understanding and backgrounds.
  • Must have a consultative approach to solving complex challenges to deliver on measurable business results
  • Technical education, familiarity or competency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Data Studio, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric , and related tools
  • Important: This role is not eligible for candidates on F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, or requiring any future visa sponsorship. Even if your current work authorization is valid for several years, these visa types require the employer to participate in e-Verify and maintain federal reporting/compliance processes. Transparent Partners does not support these processes, so we are unable to hire candidates on F1 OPT or STEM OPT.

  • Collect and document key functional requirements to achieve expected deliverables defined in project scope.
  • Assess the current state of client measurement, data, technology and analytics ecosystem.ย  Evaluate data platforms, identify opportunities to create new systems and analytics to drive ROI.ย  Formulate findings into client deliverables with analysis and meaningful implications.
  • Build a gap analysis that outlines opportunities that exist and recommend a path towards a solution, including continuation of services over time.

  • Contributes to deliverable creation and may own portions of content-buildingย

  • Play a client-service role by partnering with clients to become a trusted advisor, manage and exceed client expectations, and present findings to clients.ย ย

  • Help maintain, inform and improve upon internal process flows and governance
  • Develop a deep level of trust across internal disciplines and contributing to the success of the work stream deliveryย 
  • Play an active role in supporting advancement of Transparent internal goals to educate and advance our collective expertise
  • Contribute to Transparent's branding and awareness efforts through content creation, social marketing and event participation

$60,000 - $95,000 a year
The final compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's relevant professional experience, educational background, skill set, and overall alignment with the responsibilities and requirements of the role. Candidates who demonstrate significant experience, specialized expertise, or exceptional qualifications may be considered for compensation at the higher end of the range.
