Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)
  • Demonstrates experience working with Snowflake and writing optimized queries.
