Position Summary 

The Data Analyst supports site operations by transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across manufacturing, warehouse, and business functions. This role partners closely with site leadership, cross-functional teams, and IT to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely reporting, identify performance trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst plays a key role in enhancing operational visibility and enabling data-driven performance management.


The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and effective at translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report data from manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and business systems to support operational decision-making 
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking for site leadership and functional teams 
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities through routine and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions, root cause investigations, and process improvements 
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and issue resolution across systems 
  • Assist in defining reporting requirements, KPI standards, and documentation to enable sustainable, repeatable reporting processes 
  • Participate in projects related to operational excellence, digital transformation, and reporting enhancements 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis) 
  • Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP reporting tools, or similar) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or plant environment 
  • Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, or operational reporting tools 
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting, plant performance metrics, SQL, data querying, or basic data modeling 
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies 
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an industrial or operations setting 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools 
  • Ability to organize, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

The range for this position is  $64,873.00 - $89,201.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
