Senior IT Data Analytics Visualization Analyst

Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Schedule

Compensation: $85,155.20 - $131,913.60

What You'll Do

  • Transform complex and abstract datasets into clear, visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations that support enterprise decision-making.
  • Develop impactful data stories that communicate analytical findings in a meaningful and actionable way for leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to identify business needs, interpret data trends, and deliver strategic insights.
  • Apply best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and graphical presentation to improve how information is consumed and understood.
  • Support enterprise service delivery initiatives by creating analytics solutions that enhance operational performance and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic planning efforts.
  • Continuously improve reporting and visualization processes to enhance accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement with data tools and insights.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and mission-focused team culture centered on innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as a trusted analytics and visualization resource across the enterprise.
  • Influence data storytelling, visualization standards, and reporting best practices through technical expertise and collaboration.
  • Balance independent ownership with cross-functional partnership in a highly visible enterprise environment.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to peers and team members without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership stakeholders to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

 

Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Clinical, or related field is required
  • Master's strongly preferred in related discipline

Licensures/Certifications:

  • Current EPIC certification(s) and/or appropriate certifications as defined by your role (if applicable to your application(s) or must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed testing.
  • All  certifications must remain active

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Data Analysis/Data Visualization experience - strong preference for within a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with visual analytic tools: Tableau, QlikView, Power BI etc.
  • Familiarity working with Agile methodologies for development
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health record and financial systems: EPIC Systems, PeopleSoft, Infor, EPSi, Cerner, WorkDay, Strata etc.

Preferred:

  • Exposure with cloud vendors and services: Microsoft, AWS, Google
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle MS SQL Server, Hbase, etc.
  • Exposure with statistical analysis tools: R, SAS, SPSS, etc.
