We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal
candidate brings several years of experience analyzing transactions and performance data
within fintech, payments or digital rewards environments. This role partners closely with the
Client Success Manager, Product and cross-functional teams to translate complex Card-Linked
Offer (CLO) data into clear, client-ready insights, dashboards and performance narratives that
drive client satisfaction, retention and program health.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid work - Ability to work 3 days per week in our great Pittsburgh, PA office space in
    East Liberty and 2 days per week remotely.
  • Own end-to-end client performance analytics for Card-Linked Offer (CLO) programs,
    ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight quality.
  • Lead QBR and executive-level reporting, including dashboards, scorecards and
    performance narratives tailored to clients goals.
  • Translate complex transaction-level data into clear insights, trends, and actionable
    recommendations for clients.
  • Respond to and manage ad-hoc client data requests with speed, accuracy and context.
    Develop, maintain, and standardize client-facing dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Support Client Success Manager with data story telling and insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to aid in client dashboard needs.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics or Communications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, client success analytics.
  • Proven ability to own client-facing reporting.
  • Experience working with data pipelines and data warehouses.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong sense of data integrity.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing large transactional datasets
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with BI & visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to translate complex raw data into actionable insights, trends, and performance drivers.
