Job description

The role supports internal teams and customer deployments by preparing and importing structured data, improving data workflows, and maintaining the integrity of the Models Library.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and clean data to support accurate modeling and reporting.
  • Maintain and validate Models Library content (Makes, Models, Ports, etc.).
  • Build and manage import templates for data onboarding (.csv/.xls).
  • Use Excel tools to transform and prepare structured datasets.
  • Track data quality and trends using reports or dashboards.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Validate port mappings and physical attributes for cabling accuracy.
  • Align metadata with cabinet elevations and floor maps.
  • Document standards for naming and formatting.
  • Support automation of import and validation processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in data and model workflows.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Occasional travel required to client sites or team working sessions.
  • Ability to report to the office on a daily basis.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, IT asset management, or database administration.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting).
  • Understanding of relational data structures and metadata management principles.
